We’re working with a growing business in Dorset looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to support the finance function during a key period of change and growth.
The role will suit a hands-on finance professional comfortable operating across both strategic and operational finance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations
- Manage month-end and reporting processes
- Produce management accounts and cashflow forecasts
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Improve controls and finance processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Support audit and compliance activities
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Previous Finance Manager or Financial Controller experience
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Available at short notice preferred
Details
- £350–450 per day depending on experience
- Dorset-based role
- 3 days onsite
- June 1st start date
