The Best Connection are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Knutsford.

The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will be involved in a variety of production and workshop tasks that help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Assembling components from machined parts
- Using hand tools such as spanners and other workshop equipment
- Carrying out basic functional testing
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Supporting general workshop and production duties
- Assisting with additional manufacturing processes when required
- Working towards daily production targets as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Basic data entry and production updates
What We're Looking For
Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential. However, successful candidates will ideally:
- Have previous assembly or manufacturing experience (advantageous but not required)
- Be comfortable using hand tools
- Have basic PC and data entry skills
- Be reliable, hardworking, and take pride in their work
- Have a positive attitude and work well within a team
- Be willing to learn and support different areas of production
- Possess good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
